The Institute is a provider that offers accredited courses at a Tertiary level. It was established 6 years ago primarily to educate and provide training to those who wish to study in the field of architectural design and drafting, accounting, English language as well as a number of other fields of interest and needs of the population. In the design of the Institute, Dr. Richard V. Ufnalski emphasised the aspect of light in the creation of functional and friendly spaces, taking under consideration the needs of the aged and disabled persons.

At the present time the Institute consists of three main buildings on approximately one acre of land surrounded by the natural beauty of nature.
